
Cancellation Policy
At Evertrust Notary, we understand that life happens and plans can change. We’re committed to providing reliable, professional notary services, and in order to maintain that standard for all clients, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments:
We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This helps us keep our services running smoothly and allows us to accommodate other clients in need of notarization.

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours):
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable due to the preparation, time, and resources reserved in advance.

Missed Appointments or Incomplete Signings:
If a notary arrives at the appointment location (virtual or in-person) and is unable to complete the signing due to missing documents, invalid ID, or an unresponsive signer, no refunds will be issued.

Acknowledgment of Policy:
By scheduling and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our policies, terms, and service fees.
